We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very well maintained, and the view was absolutely amazing. The overall atmosphere was lovely, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others! The only small issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was a little unstable at times.
Luxury Studio Perle II is in Makarska. Between outings and trips to the beach, cool off in the shared pool. The 40 m² studio has a double bed. The living area opens onto a balcony or terrace. The beach is about 900 m away.

I loved everything! The hostesses were amazing and made us feel welcomed! They were really sweet and gave really good recommendations about things to do/visit in Makarska (it was helpful, even if it was our second time in Makarska!). The apartment was beautiful, clean and bright, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, the sunsets were amazing! Let’s not forget about the real boss Zeus (cat), so sweet! I even liked the little hike back from the main street :) Pool area was lovely and clean, staff fixed really fast things when needed (one day), parking was inside the gate which was really great.
Baby Milena and I really had a wonderful time here. It was a beautiful, lovely, and super clean apartment in a very central location. The view from the apartment was also really amazing. Parking on private property, and within a few minutes you were on the boulevard or the beach. The owner and her family are so incredibly friendly and helpful. And of course, we also feasted on the famous pancakes we had. We would love to come back here. Nothing.

We were welcomed very warmly, one morning they even brought us a local delicacy to taste! Stunning views over Makarska. I recommend!
Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was furnished to high quality, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was amazing and Tea could not have been more helpful. An absolute gem of a stay, we loved Makarska and it was a great base from which to visit the many wonderful places that Croatia has to offer. Yes the walk up from the town is steep, but we didn’t mind the exercise and Tea offered to arrange a taxi if we had needed one. Nothing!
From the friendly welcome from the landlady, who gave us tips about Makarska and made sure we had a great holiday, to the modern and tastefully furnished rooms and the magnificent view from the apartment, it was a perfect holiday. There’s nothing to complain about. The path from the promenade to the apartment is quite steep, but you gladly accept that for the magnificent view.
Beautiful complex above the city with a great view. Very nice hosts who surprised us with homemade pancakes on Sunday and are always available. A toaster would have been good. Otherwise, everything is great.
