The stay was great. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was very clean. Ivan was always available if there were any problems. We also really liked that we received a card for the beach so that we could park for free.

Very nice house, very quiet location. It's great for people who prefer nature and tranquility. Very nice garden, and in the hot temperatures, the jacuzzi was an absolute plus.

We really enjoyed Ivan's house; the calm and tranquility in the middle of nature were perfect. The accommodation was clean, very well equipped, everything was there, and the Jacuzzi is a real plus after a long day of walking. We arrived late at night, and there were no problems collecting the keys and getting into the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s place. Lovely secluded location and was just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Made a great base for exploring during the day and a quiet retreat to relax in the evening.

We had a fantastic honeymoon in Croatia, where we greatly enjoyed staying at Ivan's house. Our flight was delayed, but Ivan was easy to communicate with in relation to later arrival and welcomed us when we finally arrived. He gave all the necessary information and made good suggestions for a nice restaurant and where to shop and how we could park for free at the beach only 40 minutes from the home. The house was beautiful, clean, had all the necessary equipment and was located in a quiet and private setting. The lovely neighbor who comes and checks the spa bath once in a while even brought us more bunches of grapes along the way. Nothing to put a finger on! 😁👍

The house was very remote and you always had to go somewhere by car. Everything was at a great distance. However, it was wonderfully relaxed to be there. Everything was well taken care of and tidy, just as stated on the website. Ivan was very friendly and easily accessible via the Airbenb app. If there was something, it was arranged in no time.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Le Adria. The place is situated in a beautiful location, was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The beach car park permit was a bonus.

The accommodation is not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with a lot of attention to detail – everything is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The location is ideal: quiet, but still close to all the main attractions and restaurants. I would particularly like to highlight the hospitality – every wish was immediately fulfilled and you could feel that the well-being of the guests was really valued here.

We had a great stay and Ivan is an excellent host. The home is as described and is a private and relaxing retreat. If you are looking for a place to unwind away from the seaside while also having easy access to the city, this is a great choice. Make sure you make use of the parking pass to Cubano beach, there are many beaches to choose from but this one is a great location, not too busy and everything is within steps. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home! If you are looking for absolute peace, nature and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house is wonderfully secluded. There are 2 dogs and some cats there. Super love animals. The house itself is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Especially beautiful: the pool! An elderly lady takes care of it. She regularly checks on things, cleans up a bit outside and makes sure the pool is always ready. A small note: Empty bottles or deposit are taken for granted – maybe that's just part of the service here 😉 The landlord is super nice, warm and helpful. You feel welcome straight away. We also found it particularly practical that we received a parking card – so parking was also stress-free on the beach. Overall, a wonderful place to switch off and recharge.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean villa. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. He gave us valuable recommendations for an excellent restaurant nearby, which enriched our stay in culinary terms. It is particularly noteworthy that he organized a parking space right on the beach for us. Normally, this costs €15 per day, but thanks to the license plate registration, we were allowed to park for free. The parking lot is ideally located, directly on a long promenade with numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. The villa itself is a true retreat – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was a highlight, ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Just returning home after spending time in this beautiful part of the world. We spent 3 nights in Split, then drove to Dubrovnik, which is a spectacular drive along the coast road, for a 3 night stay and then topped off with 5 days of pure relaxation at Ivans stunning villa. The property is exactly as you see in the listing and is located in the most beautiful, peaceful and tranquil setting. Thank you Ivan for such a wonderful stay.

Ivan's house is quiet, private and surrounded by mountains in a beautiful landscape. We enjoyed our vacation here and felt comfortable. The place is very clean and also modernly furnished. The beds are great. The outdoor area promises a pure holiday feeling. Birdsong, a hot tub for relaxation, which is a highlight especially under the starry sky, sun loungers and a breathtaking view of the mountains. What more could you ask for? Ivan is a very friendly host who responds quickly to messages and gave us many excursion tips, such as the Biokovo Nature Reserve with the Skywalk. Hiking trails are also available in the area. Split and Dubrovnik are suitable as day trips. The first beaches are about 35 minutes away. An elderly lady lives in the neighborhood with her two sweet dogs. She is also very nice and attentive. We highly recommend this place and would come back again.

Very nice accommodation to stay, you can completely unwind there. The only neighbors you have is a neighbor with her dog and many neighbor cats who occasionally come by for some attention ( the dog and cats). Ivan will send you a clear instruction in advance on how to get to the accommodation. In addition, if you want advice about the skywalk and restaurant nearby. In addition, Ivan can often be reached quickly and any problems will be resolved quickly. We had a fantastic stay with Ivan.

Ivan is an extremely nice host and always available. And the place fully met expectations. If you love peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back.

After spending one week in Split we came for another week to Ivan‘s flat in Kozica. It‘s very nice to have an own flat with a huge terace and everything what you need. We also enjoyed doing BBQ and seeing the many cats and the dog, which are living in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is actually only consisting of a lady (and her pets), who is very lovely and also cares about the flat - so the place is very private and no one will disturb you. On the other side you definetly need a car. Ivan is a very nice and caring host. He answerd very fast and did everything he could to make us great holidays. We are highly recommending to be his guest ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ivan's place was perfect. It was exactly as described on Airbnb. Thanks to him, we were able to be flexible with our check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, our car let us down at the last toll station. Ivan didn't keep us waiting long. He drove to us on his own. Thanks to his help and local knowledge, we were able to organize a very cost-effective tow truck and reach our Airbnb with just 20 minutes delay after he drove us there in his car. Ivan was a very, very nice guy and thanks to him our vacation was still a complete success. Of course, he gave us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. An older neighbor took care of the pool every morning. Overall, we were more than satisfied and the Airbnb was worth every penny. Gladly again! Ivan's hospitality is unsurpassed. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Airbnb.

The vacation I spend with my husband and my two children (youthful) in Croatia and in the Villa La Adria was wonderful. The house was clean and furnished comfortably so it was always nice to come home after a long day. The host Ivan was very kind to us and always contactable. If we needed some recommendations about interessting activities or locations close by he helped us with his tips and information. As an example I want to mention that Ivan helped us booking an rafting trip for us which was very adventures and one of the highlights of our vacation. The whirlpool combined with the beautiful starry sky made for an amazing conclusion of every evening we spent at the house. All in all I can say that the stay at Ivan's La Adria was very pleasent and will remain in our memory as an vecation we won't forget that easy (in a good way of course ☺️).

Peaceful location. If you're after a holiday in a peaceful Croatia mountain setting then this is the place to go. Ivan's place was spotless and comfortable but the outside space is where it really shines. Loungers and a hot tub all with stunning countryside views that I never got tired of. Car access is essential, but getting to local town and restaurant within easy reach and beaches only 30/40 minutes away. Ivan was helpful in his recommendations and always responsive. the first thing that comes to mind when writing a review is that I cried after waking up on our last morning because i did not want to leave. in almost 2 weeks the tiny town and house became a bit of a cozy home. especially because of the already mentioned neighbors cat and dog. nuci and bella did not only come visit but both had babies while we were there and they stole our hearts. the quietness of the place in the middle of the mountains and vegetables garden brought full relaxation to us. you wake up, open the front door, nuci is waiting and you just stand in peaceful nature with no soul around. well there is one neighbor but that is really it. this also means though that it is quite a drive to certain places. some of the little streets are crazy for us tourists, especially at night. and so it would sometimes take us an hour to go to makarska or back because of pin needle turns or picking the longer highway route. besides that ivan communicated really well and was very friendly

Very lovingly renovated cottage. Well equipped with everything. Surrounded by nature, a bit remote, but not far from the highway. Therefore, the highway is also audible, but very moderate, since there is little traffic. Nice whirlpool. Overall, very nice, away from the tourist hotspots.

Incredible House and location for a chill weekend away. Really modern and everything you need is there : kitchen well equipped, with dishwasher and all the essentials - there is a barque Outside to use and the Terrasse ist just lovely. Super calm, in the midst of Nature and the Jaccuzi perfect to relax and Look for shooting stars at night. We would love to come back!

Good afternoon! We have now enjoyed the tranquility at the end of June - a very individual and very quiet house! A great area and the old road offers spectacular views of the sea and coastline! We will be happy to come back. 👍

Ivan is an amazing person. He took care of every little detail and was very helpful. The cottage was brilliant. It was wonderful to jump into the Jacuzzi after a whole day of exploring Makarska and the surrounding area to relax.

We had a wonderful week at Ivan's house. If you are looking for peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle and tourism, this is the place to be. The house itself is very nicely decorated, was clean upon arrival, and we didn't miss anything. The outdoor area was also very nice, and the hot tub invited us to relax under the stars after long days. The house is situated in a valley, and you look out over the Biokovo National Park – a fantastic view. With the parking ticket, you can park for free at a very beautiful beach in Makarska. For us, the proximity to the Biokovo mountains was very cool for being able to go hiking. There is another house in the development where a very nice neighbor lives with her lovely dog Bella. The communication with Ivan was great, and he embodies Croatian hospitality. All in all, a wonderful week in a wonderful house. We enjoyed the stay. It was a very beautiful area between the mountains. Completely private. Warmly received by Ivan the host. Highly recommendable!

We can only agree with the other guests. Ivan is a very nice host who was there to help you from the beginning. We felt extremely comfortable. The place is gorgeous, clean, cozy, and very nicely secluded. You have your peace and quiet there if you are not asked to cuddle by two cute animals. As previously described, Bella was there and a super sweet animal. Connected to it, we call her Kitty, is a small cute cat. Our daughter had fun every morning. With a little driving everything is within reach (good restaurants recommended by Ivan). For example, we were not aware that Game of Thrones was filmed in Dubrovnik, which he also recommended as a destination. The check-out was also straightforward. The cute, little house has been fully renovated a short while ago, using new materials and modern technology. It has a very nice terrace and added bonus in the form of a whirlpool on it! It’s great to look at the stars while bubbling in the pool :-) Ivan is a very nice guy and it was easy communicating with him! The house is a definite ‘yes’ if you like a couple of days of peace and quiet!!

We made a last minute booking with Ivan after being let down at another accommodation. He was a great host, friendly and very helpful. His place is beautiful and so are the surroundings. We stayed here with our 2 teenage children. we loved the hot tub and the outside seating area. Ivan helped to book us a rafting trip in nearby Omis which was great fun and stunning scenery. Dream house, just for us, my husband is a nature fan, my daughters are the sea! silence, nature and sea ( 35-40 km distance). The sounds of cicadas in the morning and evening were amazing! Enjoying the jacuzzi under the stars at night! A kind lady neighbor who lives in the village where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit and eggs.
