Very nice owner, nice apartment with mountain view. Sufficiently equipped and perfectly clean. Attention in the form of goodies in the fridge. The great thing is that there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the kitchen. Finally, a place where everything was pleasant. The apartment is on the 7th floor, on the 1st floor of a panel house, whose common areas and elevator are a bit from the last century, but that didn't spoil our impression of the holiday, because the accommodation was nice and comfortable. Parking is about 200 meters from the house, but it is safe and wide enough. Perfect distance to the city and the sea. The elevator in the house was a bit disturbing, but that's probably because we don't have one at home and we're not used to it.

Квартира відповідала опису і все буде як на фото. Квартира чиста все новеньке. Посуду більше ніж достатньо. Матрас дуже зручний. З балкону неймовірний вид на гори. В помешканні два безшумних кондиціонера які теж робили відпочинок комфортним. В апартаментах тихо. Сільвія дуже приємна господиня, вчасно відповідала і була на зв'язку. Було дуже приємно отримати як комплімент від Сільвії вино, прошутто та інші смаколики. Парковка біля будинку. До моря пішою ходою 10хв.
Very convenient place, 10 mins walking to the beach. Little grocery stores around the area, nice mountain view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and has pretty much everything for a comfortable stay. Responsive owner. Thank you

Very nice place. In a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and main promenade. The apartment is even small with an idea, clean and well-maintained. The most important air conditioning works wonders. Very nice owner. Highly recommend
We were here for 2 weeks with children. I would like to suggest this appartment for everybody. You can find near everything that you need (shops, center, beach, rent, bus station etc). Apartment is equipped almost everything that you need. Just remember that it's 7 floor :)
It was perfect apartment close to the beach and also close to center. We were four girls traveling with car and even that apartment doesnt have private parking place it wasnt problem park close to the aparment :) Really nice place for young people because it was close from night live :D

The apartment is as described on the site. Perfect for two couples or families with children. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach is a 10-minute walk with two small children. I recommend this place 100%.
Lovely apartment! Very clean! Located on the 7th floor, with elevator. Close to the promenade and also to the beach. Well equipped except for the balcony is a conservatory. (There are only 2 windows that can be opened on the balcony. ) Towels, etc., hardly dry, as there is hardly any sunlight. Otherwise everything worked out great. Very nice hosts
The location, conditions, and amenities of the apartment were perfect. Very good communication with the host. I can say without hesitation that the place is worth recommending. The neighborhood is quiet, we walked to the sea and the center on foot about 8 minutes. 100% recommended!
Great location with beautiful view. The city beach was overcrowded but you can find a lot of small beaches near Makarska where you can relax in silence. I recommend this place.
everything was as described the location was good approximately seven minutes to the beach. The apartment itself was really nice very well-equipped. It was a calm, quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The beach was 5 minutes away, entertainment venues 8 minutes away, restaurants 1-5 minutes away.
