Great location, beautiful views from the balcony. Great communication with the host. We received a gift when leaving the apartment, a very nice surprise. I highly recommend it!

We spent a week in Makarska, a very nice place, a lot of people bustling. The beach is within walking distance, the Old Town is also within walking distance, restaurants bazaar all in one place! The accommodation is perfect, clean, quiet! The elevator worked great during our stay!The host is very kind, helpful, and welcomed us with chocolate and wine! We were also able to park in a good place! I can only recommend this place to stay!

The accommodation had the perfect location for us - harbor, beaches, market square, sports field, bus station all within walking distance. Especially when arriving by bus, it really only takes a few minutes with the suitcases, which was very convenient for us, especially at temperatures above 30 degrees. Well-functioning air conditioning, elevator to the 7th floor and beautiful view from the balcony (just like the pictures!) The hostess was very warm and friendly and easy to reach. She responded to our late arrival (due to bus delay) without any problems. An earlier check-out was also easily possible. We liked Makarska very much. There are an incredible number of ways to plan your vacation here. Whether it's relaxation on the beach, day trips to the surrounding area or the entertainment program on site (concerts, sports events, etc.)

It is a small, comfortable apartment with all the necessary equipments. The location is outstanding! It was far enough from the nightlife noises to have a great sleep, but also close to the old town, beaches and restaurants. It has got a stunning view on the harbor from the balcony. Thanks for the welcome chocolates and wine!

The host was very nice and polite. She waited for us altough we came later then we actually planned with her. Very hepful and quick with responding. Flat was very clean and pretty. Exactly like the pictures! Very near to all amenities and short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying at her place!

Beautiful place indeed. Very close to the beach, stores and port. Place is so clean with a great view on the sea, perfect for chilling after nice and long day on the beach. Host is so kind, she welcomed us with a gift. Definitely the place we gonna visit again. Veliki pozdrav iz Novog Sada

We really liked the place. Communication was great and very accommodating. The fact that we were able to check in at such a later time and we were also kept a parking space free was very nice. However, we had ants on kitchen counter, which is why it's better not to leave any food scraps. Everything else was very nice. A super nice place to stay with great views. Makarska is a very nice place with nice beach and mountains.

Excellent apartment, we were very happy. Stunning view from the balcony, where it was nice to dine and watch the arriving ships, the sea, the mountains. Clean, cozy, good kitchen, climate control, everything you need is there. Very quiet. Everything is close - bus station, supermarkets, old town and beach, - perfect location. A hospitable hostess, met at the bus station, the linen was changed in time ( we were 3 weeks) treated to local delicacies, was always in touch. Good WiFi.

Nice and comfortable apartment in a very good location. 5 min to city and beach. The apartment facilities are modern and the view is fantastic. The hostess Silva is also very helpful and kind.

It was a pleasure to stay at Ivan's place, everything worked perfect for us as our host was very nice and always reachable to answer our questions (we had not many). Silvia showed us the room and explained everything detailed, we also got a bottle of wine and dalamtian pršut as a welcome present! She always was friendly and helped us with all things. Check in and check out was very easy and comfortable. The room itself was very nice, clean, cosy and had a stunning view over Makarska. The complete room was very new, with all things needed, even a new dishwasher! Which is the first time I have ever had one on vaccation in croatia, thanks for that! It was a pleasure for us to stay in this room and can recommed it to everyone who wants to stay in Makarksa! Thank you for the hospitality, we will definitely come back! Everything went well. The hostess is very likeable and keeps her promises. We left the apartment on the departure day at 6:30 and she came to check out as we discussed. The place was very clean and the amenities are, in my opinion, perfectly adequate. The views are truly a dream. We felt very comfortable. It should also be mentioned that the apartment has air conditioning. This is very important. The local Wi-Fi was enough to watch movies & series on the iPad.

The hostess was very friendly and responsive at all times. We felt very welcome and would immediately book with her again if we were to travel to Makarska. There is no private parking, but there are plenty of public parking spaces around. We enjoyed our vacation very much and had a lovely time

Fantastic apartment, the view is just as it looks in the pictures! Perfect size for two people, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, large balcony and great air conditioning. The town itself is great, it has something for everybody. All restaurants, bars, shops and several beautiful beaches are within walking distance. The bus station is less than five minutes walk away which is very handy if, like us, you don't have a car. The hosts were very amenable, they met us from the bus station to show us around and were very easy to get in contact with. I can't recommend this apartment or Makarska enough!

Apartment was wonderful and Ivan and Sylvjia went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The view from the terrace is magnificent...just like the pictures. Very comfy bed and great little kitchen, including dishwasher. The apt is just around the corner from the central bus station but please note: it is up a rather steep hill and there are steps to the apt. building. Very centrally located near markets, bakeries, cafes and a short walk to the beach which is beautiful. Makarska is a lovely town, small with great harbor port, the beach and terrific cafes and restaurants. Thank you Ivan and Silvjia for such a wonderful time and care! I'll be back!

The apartment is charming! The view from the balcony is beautiful! Cozy, clean. Like home! Hospitality is top notch! Lovely city, wonderful neighborhood. One disadvantage is that there is no wifi. This is very easily compensated at the Inn restaurant next door ( 2 minutes walk) : good cuisine, inexpensive, cozy, good wifi.
